We employ state certified IBI Professionals and Developmental Specialists, as well as highly qualified Developmental Therapists. We offer excellent education and ongoing training opportunities for employees. All employees meet or exceed qualification guidelines set forth by the State of Idaho and have completed our application process with screening, interviews, reference checks and criminal history checks. All IBI Professionals have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, Special Education or a related degree, a minimum of 1000 supervised hours and one year experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
